Status
[March 2023] The Anthracobia sp. CZU genome was sequenced using PacBio, assembled with Flye, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section. The low percentage of RNA contigs mapped to the genome is likely due to bacterial contamination.
