Status
[May 2023] The genome sequence was not determined by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI). The genome was sequenced with Oxford Nanopore and then assembled with Canu at Dalhousie University. The transcriptome was sequenced with Roche 454 and then assembled with Newbler by JGI. Subsequently, all of the above data were inputted into the JGI Annotation Pipeline, which produced a final structural and functional annotation.
