Status
The genome sequence and gene models of Chromochloris zofingiensis SAG 211-14 were not determined by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI), but were downloaded from http://genomes.mcdb.ucla.edu/Chromochloris/ on Dec. 7, 2018 (v5.2.3.2). In order to allow comparative analyses with other fungal genomes sequenced by the JGI, a copy of this genome is incorporated into JGI Genome Portal. JGI tools were used to automatically annotate predicted proteins. Please note that this copy of the genome is not maintained by UCLA or the publication authors and is therefore not automatically updated. Mitochondrial and chloroplast assemblies are also available in the downloads section.
