[Jan 2013] The Cryptococcus vishniacii genome was sequenced using the Illumina platform and assembled with AllPathsLG release version R41043 (Gnerre et al., 2010).  
A 30.9 Kb mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the download section.
