Status

v1.0 (July 2009) complements the main Genome Portal at www.jgi.doe.gov/Ehux/

Assembly: 17126 consensi were generated by the JGI EST Pipeline from 16618 clusters of 28865 ESTs that fail to map to the main genomic assembly. The ESTs originate from 3 different strains of E. huxleyi under multiple conditions. The consensi range up to 3406 nt.

Annotation: 8564 ORFs were predicted by the JGI Annotation Pipeline on the above consensi. The ORFs range up to 3406 nt. 44% have start and stop codons, 35% have Pfam domains, and 56% have sequence similarity to proteins in NR.
