Status
The Entomophaga maimaiga ARSEF 7190 genome was sequenced using PacBio, assembled with HiFiAsm and polished using RACON. HiC data were used to confirm that there were no misjoins in the polished assembly. Contigs were then oriented, ordered, and joined into chromosomes using the JUICER pipeline. A total of 29 chromosomes were identified, then annotated using the JGI Annotation Pipeline.
