[February 2020] The Fusarium oxysporum MRL8996 genome was sequenced by Ayhan,D.H., Yang,H., Pearlman,E. and Ma,L.-J. with Illumina and PacBio, and assembled with SPAdes v. 3.9.1. The assembly was annotated using the JGI Annotation Pipeline.
