Status
(Jun 2016) The Laccaria bicolor CBS 594.89 genome was sequenced using Illumina, assembled using Velvet and then AllPathsLG, and annotated using the JGI Annotation Pipeline. The transcriptome was sequenced using Illumina and assembled using Trinity.
