[August 2021] The Leptosphaeria microscopica UNIPAMPA013 v1.0 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
