Status

[August 2021] The Metschnikowia sp. yHQL305 v1.1 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section. In contrast to the v1.0 portal, this annotation has been improved through use of new RNAseq data.
