Status
The Ostreococcus tauri genome, release v2.0, was sequenced at Genopole Languedoc-Roussillon and underwent assembly and the initial round of annotation at Ghent University, Belgium.
The updated genome, release v3.0, completed the previous genome sequence using high coverage Illumina reads sequences from JGI (CSP-129). It is 12.9 Mb and contains 7699 predicted genes.
