Status
[April 2022] The genome of Parafenestella ontariensis was provided by Evgeny Ilyukhin. It was sequenced with Illumina NovaSeq, assembled with SPAdes, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was extracted froom the assembled and is available in the downloads section.
