Info • Reticulomyxa filosa

Status

The nuclear genome assembly and structural annotation of Reticulomyxa filosa were not determined by the JGI, but were downloaded from NCBI, on May 29, 2018. In order to allow comparative analyses with other genomes sequenced by the Joint Genome Institute, a copy of this genome was incorporated into the JGI Genome Portal, and de novo functional annotations of the proteins were generated by the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Please note that this copy of the genome is not maintained by NCBI and is therefore not automatically updated.
