Status
[June 2019]
The Rhizopus stolonifer NRRL 66455 v1.0 genome was
sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with
the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled
separately and is available in the downloads section. Note: this
genome was extracted from a metagenomic sample which included 2
bacteria, Stenotrophomonas sp. and Pseudomonas
sp., both of which are available in the downloads
section.
