Status
[February 2021] The nuclear genome was sequenced with Illumina, assembled with SPAdes, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. The transcriptome was sequenced with Illumina and assembled with Trinity. Due to limited material, the genome assembly is not complete and thus RNA mapping rate is low. The mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available on the Download page.
