[March 2023] The genome sequence of Trichoderma aroviride SC1 was provided by Aleš Eichmeier and annotated using the JGI Annotation pipeline. The mitochondrial genome was also assembled and is available in the download section. The transcriptome data used to support the genome annotation was retrieved from Trichoderma atroviride P1 (Triatrov1)
