Info • Enallax costatus CCAP 276/31 v1.1

Status

The Enallax costatus CCAP 276/31 v1.0 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with MECAT, and annotated using the JGI Annotation Pipeline. In contrast to the v1.0 portal, this annotation has been improved through the addition of Iso-Seq data to the original RNAseq transcriptome.

Note that scaffold_55 was determined to be likely mitochondrial contamination of the nuclear assembly. 30 models were removed from FilteredModels3 and the GeneCatalog to reflect this.
