Info • Mesotaenium kramstae Lemmermann NIES-657 v3.0

Status

[June 2022] The Mesotaenium kramstae Lemmermann NIES-657 v3.0 genome was sequenced with PacBio by the JGI, and reassembled with Dovetail scaffolding by project PI Chi Zhang. This assembly was then annotated using the JGI Annotation Pipeline. The mitochondrial and plastid genomes were assembled separately and are available in the downloads section.
